1 Eligibility

To register and use juanbingoph, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You are not prohibited by any local law from participating in online gaming activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a juanbingoph employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

juanbingoph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review, and balances may be withheld during that process.

2 Accounts & Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one juanbingoph account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. juanbingoph will not be held liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

juanbingoph uses OTP-based login verification and SSL encryption to protect your account. You are responsible for not sharing your credentials, OTP codes, or session details with any third party. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact juanbingoph support immediately.

Accounts created using false or misleading information — including false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ requirement — will be permanently closed. Any funds in such accounts at the time of closure may be forfeited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at juanbingoph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported methods include Philippine online banking, local bank transfers, and local e-wallet services. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on this platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown in your account at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your juanbingoph balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals require a verified account. First-time withdrawal requests trigger a KYC review, during which you will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID. This is a one-time process. After verification, subsequent withdrawals are processed through the same review queue, with VIP members receiving priority handling.

juanbingoph does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing fees. Withdrawal timing depends on the selected method and standard Philippine banking processing hours after dispatch from juanbingoph.

Funds deposited into your account must be your own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from third parties for gaming purposes, is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4 Gameplay Rules

juanbingoph offers multiple game categories including eBingo, online slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), sports betting, and other table games. Each game category is governed by its own set of rules, which are available within the game interface itself.

All game results at juanbingoph are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, by real-time physical game mechanics. juanbingoph does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports betting results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant event. In cases of dispute, juanbingoph refers to the official result declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. Settled bets cannot be reversed except in cases where juanbingoph determines a technical error occurred during settlement.

Winnings from completed game sessions are credited to your juanbingoph balance immediately upon result confirmation. These funds are available for further play or withdrawal, subject to any conditions that may apply.

juanbingoph reserves the right to void bets or game sessions where a technical error, data feed failure, or system malfunction has materially affected the integrity of the result. In such cases, affected stakes are returned to the player's balance.

5 Promotions & Bonuses

juanbingoph may offer promotions, bonuses, and rewards to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including any conditions, timeframes, and eligibility requirements — are published alongside the promotion itself at the time it is active.

Where a promotion involves conditions on the use or withdrawal of bonus funds, those conditions will be described clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Players are advised to read promotion terms before participating.

juanbingoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion if circumstances require it. This includes situations where a promotion is being exploited, where a technical error has affected the promotion's delivery, or where regulatory requirements necessitate a change.

The juanbingoph VIP programme rewards eligible players based on activity across the platform. VIP tier benefits — including priority withdrawal processing, higher betting limits, and exclusive session access — are described on the VIP page. 6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juanbingoph platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using another person's account or credentials without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or platform systems for personal gain.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Termination of Accounts

You may close your juanbingoph account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any pending transactions will be processed and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method in PHP.

juanbingoph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected underage participation, or any other serious concern affecting the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, juanbingoph may retain funds associated with the breach as part of its response. Players who dispute an account closure decision may contact support to initiate a review.

10 Changes to These Terms

juanbingoph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through their account or via the platform. The updated terms will show a revised review date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the juanbingoph platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
